Creating Custom Presentation Links
What is a Presentation?
A Presentation is a custom views of your Stack with varying content, interface customisations and themes.
For each Presentation, you can filter out which spaces to show, which Stack theme, toggle on and off your navigation buttons. When you create a Presentation, you can create a trackable link to send out for a targeted client or for a particular marketing campaign or website embed.
Creating a Presentation
To create a Presentation of your Stack, go the the Presentations tab on the CMS menu, then click 'Add New'.
Set your Presentation Name and Presentation Description. This is for internal use only, so the description won't be seen by the viewer.
Set your Custom URL to identify the Presentation. It is recommended to use the same as the Presentation Name.
Click 'Next' to proceed to Content where you can choose which spaces you want to display or hide using the checkboxes next to each listed Space. Alternatively, you can filter by Availability status.
You have Advanced Settings with the option to toggle on and off the Information, Availability and Nearby tab.
Click 'Next' to proceed to Theme and select your theme.
Click "Next" to proceed to Privacy where you will be able to apply a password tot he Presentation.
Click "Create Presentation".
Once created you will see in the right hand corner a "Share" Button
Create Link
If you would like to track the analytics on this Presentation, apply a welcome message or expiry, create a Link by following the next steps:
Click " Create Link" and complete the title, optional customised url, welcome message and expiry.
Click "Create Link" to save.
Once saved, the link will appear in the links tab.

Embed Code
To create an embed code, follow the above steps to "Share". Once the Link is complete, you will be able to retrieve the Embed code to create an iframe within your website.
