How to invite a new user

How to add a new use to your Stack CMS

If you would like to invite a new user to your Stack CMS, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login it your Inspace Account at https://dashboard.inspacexr.com/

  2. Click into "CMS" and select from your property list

  3. On the left side menu bar click "Admin"

  4. Click "Users"

  5. Click "Invite User"

  6. Insert the users email address and choose their permissions:

    1. A Viewer can view all Analytics data and CMS data, but cannot make changes within the CMS.

    2. A Member can view all Analytics data, CMS data and create Presentations, but cannot make changes within the CMS.

    3. A Collaborator can view and make changes within Analytics and CMS, but cannot invite users.

    4. A Project Admin can view and make changes within Analytics and CMS, can invite, delete and modify all users associated with this Stack.

      1. If you wish to add a new Project Admin, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@inspace.com.

  7. The new user will receive an email shortly after to set up their account. If they already have an account set up with Inspace, the Stack CMS will be added directly to their dashboard.

NOTE: Only Project Admin users will be able to add new users
