Stack Analytics Dashboard

Finding the Analytics Dashboard

There's a few way to get to find the Analytics dashboard.

From the main dashboard, click the Analytics button:

If you are in the CMS, the Analytics button appears on the sidebar:

Selecting a Property

Select a property to see its Analytics.

If you want an aggregated view across your entire Stack portfolio, click on Portfolio Dashboard on the sidebar.

Viewing your Analytics

Selecting a Date Range

When you first open the property analytics, you need to select a date range to view the analytics for that particular period.

Key Metrics

  • Views - total number of views of the Stack

  • Space Views - total number of listing views

  • New Users - total number of first time visitors

  • Events - total number of user interaction in the form of clicks, scrolls, form submissions etc.

  • Enquiries - total number of enquiry forms submitted

  • Average Duration - the average time spent across the Stack

Sessions Over Time display how many sessions per day across the date range selected. To change the time period, change the Date Range.

Popular Spaces display which Spaces have had the most views, ordered from most to least Views.

Views By Top Sources displays where the Stack's traffic is coming from, ordered by most common. When the source, or the 'traffic', does not come from a website it will come through as 'Direct'. This usually occurs when the viewer as clicked a direct link to the Stack

Most Viewed Links will appear if you've created Presentations. This will display the most clicked link, ordered form most to least viewed.

Company Leads

Company Leads record any Companies that have viewed the Stack at least once. Click on a Company to view more information about the Company's overview, industry, contact details and session information. Session information displays the Source, Location and visited Stacks for all Sessions. Information about the start time and duration of each session can be found in the table of sessions below.

Enquiries

Enquiries displays the list of Contact information of people who have submitted an enquiry form through the Stack platform. To get an Enquiry Form, please contact the Customer Success team at support@inspacexr.com. Further details about the contact details of an Enquiry will be forwarded to you via email.

Links

Creating multiple Presentation Links of the Stack will allow you to track the Analytics of each Link that you have distributed. This enables you to compare the performance of each Link that you have sent out for different purposes. Click on a Link in the table to view the Analytics of each Link, including Key Metrics, Popular Spaces, Views over Time, and Enquires.
