Intro to Stack CMS

The Stack Content Management System, or CMS, which allows you to edit and update the content and media that is shown on your Stack. The CMS can be found by navigating to dashboard.inspacexr.com and clicking the light blue CMS button.

From there you'll be shown a list of properties you can edit.

Why is my property locked?

If there is another user in the CMS of a particular property, it will be locked until they save their changes and log out. If you were the last person in the project and you forgot to log out, you will see a "Force Unlock" button. Click to unlock the project.

In the case where someone else is logged in, you'll be able to see which user it is. They will need to log out from their end before you can edit the project.

Editing the Information Tab

The Information tab sits under Content on the CMS menu bar. Here you can edit and update the content that appears on as Building Information on the Stack.

Here you can add property highlights with icons, a description of the property as well as attach an image gallery to showcase the space.

Every time you make a change, make sure you click the blue button that says "Save Changes". This saves your current changes for this session but does not publish them to the Stack.

You can make several changes and save them before you publish. You'll notice that when a change has been made and saved, a blue bar up the top will prompt you to "Publish Changes". To ensure your changes have been made, you must publish your saved changes before closing or exiting the CMS.
