Navigating Your Inspace Assets (Overview)
Dive into the Assets of your Inspace portfolio, your go-to for comprehensive content management.
Here's how to navigate it:
Access: Find the Assets page under the Inventory section of your Inspace portfolio.
Capabilities:
Create and View: Easily add new assets or review existing ones.
Filter and Search: Utilize filters like sector, tag, owner, agent, or landlord for efficient navigation.
Sort and Manage: Click headers to sort or select assets for deletion or editing.
Editing: Click into an asset to edit. You'll find multiple tabs acting as a CMS for each asset, allowing you to:
Modify Details: Change names, landlords, and other key details with ease.
Update Information: Access tabs for building info, media, financial stats, certifications, highlights, awards, facilities, contacts, spaces, and more.
